This month, we’re interviewing Craig de Klerk, Beam’s E-Commerce manager. Craig joined Beam in September 2017, and has since helped us expand our digital capabilities, and improve our online presence.
Tell us about your role at Beam.
I am the E-Commerce Manager and look after the BISSELL Direct and Beam websites. I also have key responsibilities to grow our Amazon business and activating conversion driving campaigns through our strategic retail partners.
What’s the biggest change you’ve seen at Beam since you started?
The rapid growth that the business has gone through over the past year
What do you think is the best feature of the new Beam website?
The way the new online Beam catalogue interacts with the website.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Beam?
The fast pace nature that business gets done.
Of the entire Beam range, what is your favourite product and why?
My new Cuisinart Grind and Brew coffee machine, it makes waking up in the morning that much easier 😊
