This month, it’s the turn of Vicki McCrea, one of our National Account Managers.
Tell us a bit about your role at Beam
I am one the National Account Managers here at Beam. Predominantly I manage the bricks and mortar retailers but over the last few months have taken on some really exciting online retailers. My role is really varied which is fantastic, one day I can be at customer meetings and the next at a trade show, store visits or putting range proposals together. There certainly is never a dull moment in this role.
What has been your favourite moment working at Beam?
It was probably one of my most stressful moments as well, but when we launched our first product on a TV shopping channel. I was there at the crack of dawn until midnight, helping set up each live airing, cleaning everything ready for the next show and helping our presenter. It was really exciting and something I never thought I would have the opportunity to do.
Which product from our range is your personal favourite?
Now that’s a tough one! If I HAD to choose just one, it would be the BISSELL Crosswave – who doesn’t want to save time cleaning their house (and I really hate mopping the floors so this is perfect)! Very closely followed by the Sage Fast Slow Pro – sorry I know you only asked for one.
What 3 words do you think your colleagues would use to describe you?
Positive, resilient & teamplayer (I’m making that one word)
Where would be your dream holiday destination?
Bali or Bora Bora. Crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and sunshine – perfection.
